BREAKING: Stephen Miller unilaterally declares an “INSURGENCY” in Minnesota to justify Trump’s plans to invoke the Insurrection Act and have the military occupy American cities.
The Trump administration’s most openly fascist wannabe, Stephen Miller, is doing everything he can to make sure Trump can put his DHS stormtroopers on the streets of American cities, particularly in places under the control of Democratic city officials.
Just hours after Trump threatened to invoke the Insurrection Act and send troops into Minneapolis, his top immigration hardliner went on the still-continuing Charlie Kirk Show and declared that Minnesota is facing an “insurgency against the federal government.” Not from armed rebels. Not from militias. But from immigrants and the elected officials who refuse to treat them like enemy combatants.
According to Miller, Minnesota’s Democratic governor, attorney general, and mayor are supposedly “waging a campaign of insurrection” by declining to act as deportation shock troops for the Trump administration. His evidence? They’re supposedly “shielding” immigrants. That’s it. That’s what he considers to be the crime.
Miller didn’t just attack protesters — he went further, accusing state and local leaders of actively inciting violent rebellion and obstructing federal law enforcement. He labeled immigrants “foreign invaders” and suggested that simply criticizing federal immigration enforcement amounts to treason.
Here’s a man who somehow missed reading the First Amendment…or simply doesn’t give a shit about the freedom of expression it has — to this point — guaranteed.
Disagree with Trump? You’re an insurgent.
Protect immigrants? You’re abetting rebellion.
Question federal power? You’re challenging the republic itself.
This is not rhetoric — it’s a roadmap.
When the co-host of the right-wing podcast floated the idea of charging not just protesters, but government officials, Miller didn’t back away. He doubled down, claiming that Minnesota leaders are portraying the federal government as an “occupying force” and therefore deserve to be treated as enemies of the state.
This is the same Stephen Miller who has spent years pushing the boundaries of executive power, family separation, mass deportations, and now — military force against U.S. cities.
And Trump? He’s listening.
Calling immigrants an “insurgency” isn’t about law and order. It’s about laying the political groundwork to criminalize dissent, override state authority, and normalize soldiers patrolling American neighborhoods.
Authoritarians don’t announce the end of democracy. They redefine it — until opposing them becomes a crime.
Please like and share to spread the warning of the danger that Stephen Miller poses to American society, at least as we’ve enjoyed it until recently!
