A dedicated Girl Scout in Pennsylvania has smashed the record for most cookies sold in a single season and isn’t letting anything stop her from earning the top prize. In its quest to purchase Greenland, the US administration (‘the US’) announced on 17 January 2026 a 10% tariff will be charged to Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Finland and the United Kingdom after sending small numbers of military personnel to Greenland.
