A court in the US has issued a further order preventing the deportation of Irish man Séamus Culleton, but has denied his request to be released from a detention facility.
Mr Culleton, from Glenmore, Co Kilkenny, entered the US on a tourism visa in 2009, but remained there past the permitted 90 days. He had been living in Boston for nearly 17 years.
