Stenavich, (42 years old) has been a key figure in Green Bay since joining the staff in 2019 as offensive line coach before being promoted to offensive coordinator in 2022. His potential move to an AFC team like the Titans could reshape both franchises’ offensive strategies, especially as Packers fans express mixed sentiments about retaining him amid inconsistent performance in recent years.

The Titans’ interest in Stenavich comes as part of a broader hunt for offensive expertise after parting ways with former coordinator Todd Downing . Tennessee plans to pair Stenavich’s interview with one for former Arizona Cardinals and Texas Tech head coach Kliff Kingsbury, signaling a desire for innovative minds to develop young QB Will Levis and revitalize an offense that ranked near the bottom of the league in yards and points in 2025.

Kingsbury just became available after mutually parting ways with Washington on Jan. 6, following a disappointing 5-12 season in 2025. The split came despite Kingsbury’s success developing rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels in 2024, when the Commanders went 12-5 and advanced to the NFC Championship Game.
Working with Daniels, Kingsbury helped produce what many considered the best rookie quarterback season ever. Daniels completed 69 percent of his passes and set the rookie QB rushing record with 891 yards, earning Associated Press Offensive Rookie of the Year honors.
That quarterback development pedigree is exactly what Tennessee needs for rookie signal-caller Cam Ward. Kingsbury has a long history of elevating quarterbacks, including Baker Mayfield, Patrick Mahomes at Texas Tech, and Kyler Murray with the Arizona Cardinals. He also spent the 2023 season at USC as a senior offensive analyst, mentoring Heisman Trophy winner Caleb Williams on his transition to the NFL.
