One of the biggest events in the NFL starts with the first round on Thursday, April 23, in Pittsburgh. The second and third rounds take place on April 24, before Rounds 4-7 on April 25.
Former Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza, the 2025 Heisman Trophy winner, is widely expected to be selected No. 1 overall by the Las Vegas Raiders. He could be the only quarterback taken in the first round, with former Alabama quarterback Ty Simpson the other best bet to be taken within the first 32 picks.
