Conference USA releases 2026 MTSU football schedule – MTSU Sidelines

Conference USA announced its full 2026 football schedule late Thursday, with an intriguing inclusion.  MTSU is set to kick off its season at home against Murray State University on Saturday, Sept. 5, but the Blue Raiders’ first conference game and full league schedule could be subject to change.   Middle Tennessee’s first CUSA game is on the road against Louisiana Tech University, which is currently suing the conference as the program intends to return to the Sun Belt Conference, according to The Athletic.   While the lawsuit is ongoing, it’s unclear whether LA Tech will depart from CUSA before July 1, or if the Bulldogs will be forced to remain in the conference for the fall season.  For now, see MTSU’s full schedule below with
