Within moments, she was removed from the hearing room by Capitol Police officers, but continued to declare her opposition to the war with Iran. In the back row of the Senate hearing room were seated some anti-war protesters wearing pink T-shirts, but they remained silent. Several of them got up and left while Hegseth was speaking.
