Jelly Roll has filed for divorce from his wife Bunnie XO after nearly 10 years of marriage, according to reports from TMZ. Court documents obtained by the outlet state that the “Save Me” singer filed to end his marriage to the host of The Dumb Blonde Podcast in Williamson County, Tennessee on May 18, 2026.
Sources confirm to TMZ that the “divorce was mutual decision by the two and a private family matter.”
Neither Jelly Roll nor Bunnie Xo have publicly addressed the divorce filing at the time of posting.
Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO first met at one of the Nashville native’s concerts on Fremont Street in Las Vegas at The Country Saloon in 2015. At the time, Bunnie XO wasn’t familiar with Jelly Roll, as he had not yet been discovered. Despite not knowing each other right off the bat, the two locked eyes and sparked a connection. “We hit it off. She said she fell in love with the saddest eyes in the room,” Jelly Roll previously shared.
In August of 2023, Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO returned to the Las Vegas chapel where they wed to renew their vows in an intimate ceremony at the same wedding chapel where they first tied the knot. Bunnie XO has inspired several songs that Jelly Roll has written and released, including “Kill A Man,” “Comfort Zone” and more. The pair have been by each other’s sides through thick and thin, always being each other’s biggest supporter throughout their respective careers.
Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason DeFord, has two kids Bailee Ann and Noah Buddy from previous relationships, and Bunnie XO served as their stepmom.
